ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The following forms must be completed prior to admission and should be updated whenever needed. This is a Board of Health Requirement.
-Your child’s Birth Certificate or Passport, or some official documentation showing your child’s proof of age
-Your child’s medical form—all medical forms must be on file in our school office before your child's first day of school.
*Children may be registered only after a personal interview with the Director.*
REGISTRATION FEE
A $50 non-refundable registration fee for each child is required with your application.
SCHOOL SCHEDULE
Full-Day schedule is from 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Half-Day schedule is from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Extended Hours are available at an additional cost.
School Hours are from 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
